Where can you find such amazing brands in one beauty box?! Answer: They’re packed inside the latest edition of the Tili beauty box.
The Tili (Try It, Love It) beauty box, by QVC, always includes fab products from amazing brands! This is their fifth edition box and the second box of theirs that I’ve purchased. I really couldn’t resist this edition, as it included products from a couple of brands that I’d wanted to try for a while – and true to it’s name, it allowed me to do so! In total, the products in this box are worth over £90! Fabulous!
The Tili box works slightly differently from your usual beauty box, as it doesn’t involve a subscription. QVC bring a new edition out most months and continue to sell each edition until they sell out. The box contains brands they sell on their channel/website, ranging from well known brands, to newer brands just waiting to be discovered! Their boxes contain 9/10 products, as well as a factsheet including how to use them.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Colour Splash Lipstick
This lipstick comes in the shade Colada and is a mini, sample size – it’s so cute! It’s such a great shade, which is something I feel is a bit hit and miss with beauty boxes.. Sometimes, the shades aren’t the best and you end up with funky colourss that you probably won’t ever wear. But Tili have really managed to avoid this – yes Tili!
Bareminerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Juju
Again, another great colour to find in a beauty box! This is a full sized, matte liquid lipstick, which is long lasting and comfortable to wear. I’m really impressed by it! I also really like the applicator and would really consider purchasing another!
Gatineau Floracil Plus Gentle Eye Makeup Remover
Being honest, this product isn’t really for me. It’s an oil based, eye makeup remover and personally, I don’t like the feel/texture of them on my eyelids/lashes. Although, the product is full size which is great to see for a beauty box! And it seems to work well!
Rituals The Ritual of Sakura Foaming Shower Gel
Okay, so foaming shower gels are my new thing! I loved trying this product! It smells amazing, leaves my skin feeling really soft and is such a nice product to use while showering. It’s organic rice milk & cheery blossom scent is sweet and refreshing. It’s also isn’t too foamy and a little goes a long way!
L’Occitane Almond Supple Skin Oil
This oil is for all over the body and is veryyyy moisturising! This is one of the smallest products in the box, especially considering it’s a product for the whole body, rather than just the face like other products included. However, you don’t need a to use a huge amount for each application, which makes it better. As this is a smaller product, I’ve just been applying it to dryer areas of skin and it’s really helping to soften them!
Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel
I love Elemis! So I was very happy to see this product hiding away in the corner of my Tili box. Enzyme peel’s are used to exfoliate and aid the removal of dead skin cells. The misconception is that you don’t actually peel off the product, you wash them off. This peel should be left on for 10-15 mins before washing off – a bit like a face mask. I’ve used this a couple of times now and my skin feels so refreshed and smooth afterwards!
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum
I’ve not tried any of Caudalie’s products before so was looking forward to trying this out! I was also looking forward to trying it as serums are not something I used in my skincare routine but I’ve now been converted! I’ve noticed a difference between applying moisturiser alone and applying this serum before my moisturiser! I’m prone to getting dry skin on my nose, along with other small dry patches and so far, the serum has seem to prevent these!
Shay & Blue Blood Orange eau de parfum
As it’s name suggests this perfume is orange scented. It’s not my usual type of scent but I was pleasantly surprised by it! It’s has a nice fruity scent, without being too heavy and overpowering. The packaging is as equally gorgeous as the perfume itself, with a very sophisticated feel. I love sample size perfumes as they’re so easy to carry around, especially with the amount of other thing I like to keep in my handbag.. This 10ml is a more generous sample size too!
Perfect Formula Pink Gel Coat
This nail polish aims to strengthen and brighten nails, in order to help them grow better. I’ve used it a few times and noticed it did help keep my nails strong! It’s to be applied alone and removed weekly, to then be reapplied if needed. The polish gives your nails a lovely shine, with a hint of pink, which really draws out the natural colour of your nails.
The only downside of this box is that some of the products are on the smaller size.. however for the amount of products included, alongside their high quality, I’m happy with their sizes in order to try them out!! It’s also quite hard to estimate the value of the box, as the products are listed by their full prices only.
Sadly this edition of the box has now sold out! However, I’m sure they’re busy working away on their next one. They also have a Christmas advent calendar which is launching soon – how exciting!!
Want more of Tili? Check out my post about their third edition box, which includes Elemis, Pixi and Molton Brown to name a few! Some of you may be thinking, if Charlotte likes the box so much, why did she order the third and fifth edition and not the fourth edition..? Here’s why, I already owned a couple of the products inside the fourth edition and some of the others just didn’t grab my attention as much as those from other boxes.
